District Estates seals deal for another office building sale

Unit 2, Ibis Court

The District Estates, represented by international real estate advisor Savills, has sold the freehold of unit 2 at Ibis Court in Warrington to Moorland Property Solutions for an undisclosed sum.

The deal follows the sale of unit 4, Ibis Court to Sisk Marlin Developments in October 2018.

Offering 6,000 sq ft (557 sq m) of office space across two storeys, the property is currently vacant and is now due to be refurbished to offer smaller office suites.

Ibis Court is part of the established Centre Park scheme in Warrington, where nearby occupiers include Optionis, KLS Law and Usdaw.

Daniel Barnes, associate director in the office agency team at Savills, said: “Unit 2 Ibis Court combines high-quality business space with excellent motorway connectivity and proximity to the leisure amenities of Warrington town centre.

“We have seen increased interest in opportunities around Centre Park and Moorland Property Solutions have exciting plans for the building.”

Altus Group represented Moorland Property Solutions.
