A champagne bar which closed unexpectedly last autumn has been put on the market.

The Epernay Bar, which is in the Great Northern District, closed in October

GVA’s Manchester office has been appointed to market the former Epernay bar in the Great Northern district of the city.

The single storey leisure unit is located on the first floor above Kiely’s Irish Bar within the Great Northern Tower close to Deansgate.

Offering 2,706 sq ft of space, Epernay closed towards the end of 2018 but holds a prominent position in one of Manchester’s busiest neighbourhoods.

Sholom Cohen at GVA, said: “We are delighted to have the opportunity to find a suitable new tenant for this property in a prime trading location.

“Great Northern is a well-established area within Manchester city centre but with new schemes still being developed, premises in this area offer a fantastic opportunity to be at the heart of one of the city’s most popular mixed-use districts.”

As well as Manchester, GVA has offices in London, Birmingham, Bristol, Cardiff, Edinburgh, Glasgow, Leeds, Liverpool and Newcastle.
