Workplace design firm moves into new head office

Puma Court

A property in Knowsley has been sold for just under £500,000 in a deal which will see workplace place design company Jennor moving its regional head office.

The building called Puma Court has been sold to St Helens-based Jennor Group Holdings for £490,000 by LM6.

The 4,000 sq ft HQ office unit is on the Kings Business Park in Knowsley and was previously owned by UK Properties, a Guernsey-based investment company.

The building, which has undergone a full refurbishment, will become Jennor’s new regional headquarters as the workplace design company relocates from St Helens.

Commenting on the deal Phil Morley from LM6 said: “Given the subdued office take-up figures in the city region we bought this unit to market following a comprehensive refurbishment programme and the success of the scheme demonstrates the importance of a proactive asset management and disposal strategy to secure best value.’’

Neil Kirkham at CBRE were joints agents on the scheme and Jennor was represented by Mark Canning at Canning O’Neill.
