Housing provider acquires fifth development in South Ribble

The plan for The Paddocks

Create Homes, a regional house builder specialising in residential development, has acquired its fifth housing development in South Ribble following the successful completion of its two sites in Inskip – Ash Meadows and St Petersfield’s.

Situated on the old Equestrian Centre in Longton, just four miles from Preston, The Paddocks is a desirable rural development of nine executive properties, providing a mix of spacious three-, four- and five-bedroom detached homes.

The intimate development offers large plots, providing spacious living both inside and out with stunning countryside views.

Located within an easy commuting distance to Preston and surrounding areas, The Paddocks will include Create Homes’ popular house types, the ‘Bowgreave’ and the ‘Sowerby’, as well as the newest style house to be added to the Create Homes portfolio, the ‘Brock’.

All nine exclusive properties will be of high build quality and offer exceptional levels of specification as standard throughout – including Siematic kitchens by Stuart Frazer; integrated Neff appliances; oak veneered doors, security systems and a fully fenced and turfed rear garden.

Andrew Wright, managing director for Create Homes, said: “Following on from the success of our first developments in Inskip, we are delighted with our acquisition of this new exclusive development site in South Ribble.

“It is an exciting addition to our expanding portfolio and we look forward to welcoming families to their new homes in this fantastic semi-rural location early next year.”

The acquisition is part of Create Homes’ extended portfolio with work also due to start on its other developments ‘The Farriers’ and ‘St William’s Gate’, which are due to market in 2020.
