Lancashire law firm reports record quarter

A Lancashire law firm has reported a record financial quarter.

Blackburn based Farleys Solicitors says investments in technology and people have helped continue to deliver record growth.

Following six successive years of double-digit growth, Farleys has seen a 12.5% rise in fees during the first three months of the financial year alone, compared to the same period last year.

Farleys’ Commercial Team and Abuse Claims Department enjoyed a particularly strong start.

The firm launched a recruitment drive last year and have taken on a number of new staff in their six offices in Lancashire and Manchester to cope with the increased demand for legal services from individuals and businesses across the region.

Managing Partner Ian Liddle said: “The first quarter performance is particularly pleasing against a backdrop of many law firms struggling; an issue highlighted recently by the insolvency of Roebucks Solicitors in Blackburn.

“Farleys have been around for more than 60 years and are an integral part of the community and are here to stay.”

“Any clients affected by the demise of Roebucks are welcome to get in touch for a no obligation consultation.”
