Thrive celebrates full occupancy in Farnworth and Widnes

Thrive Foundry House in Widnes

Serviced office space provider Thrive has announced that Miller House in Farnworth and Foundry House in Widnes are both fully occupied.

The two buildings, which less than 12 months ago were being refurbished, are now home to 64 businesses which, between them, employ around 180 people.

Miller House on Market Street, launched at the beginning of the year following its £800,000 transformation and features 37 office suites, while Foundry House on Widnes Business Park, close to the Knowsley Express Way, completed its £750,000 refurbishment into 36 office suites in November last year.

Matthew Settle, Thrive managing director, said: “Filling both buildings so quickly is testament to the hard work and commitment of the team at Thrive.

“It’s been fantastic to see the transformation of both buildings from neglected, old offices into modern, bright and busy workspaces. We’re looking forward to building relationships with all the businesses who have joined the Club Thrive network to help them collaborate and grow.”

Thrive offers space on flexible terms and has space to suit start-up and solo occupiers, to larger, established businesses.

In addition to Farnworth and Widnes, Thrive is marketing space at Lakeside in Cheadle and has operations in Wigan, Newton-le-Willows, Warrington and Radcliffe.

At a Thrive office, occupiers can expect the following services: High speed fibre broadband; wi-fi; electric, heating and water charges; Cat5e cabling to all offices; concierge; cleaning service; meeting rooms; communal kitchen and break-out areas; 24/7 access; car parking; cycle storage.

In addition, each business which signs to space at Thrive automatically becomes a member of Club Thrive, which allows them to use the facilities at the other Thrive locations.
