Maris Seafoods signs up for office space at Warrington’s Ibis House

Ibis House

Moorland Property Solutions, represented by Savills, has let office space at the newly-refurbished Ibis House in Warrington to Maris Seafoods.

The frozen seafood firm has agreed a new 10-year lease for 1,740 sq ft of space on part of the building’s first floor.

Situated on the established Centre Park business park in Warrington, Ibis House has been transformed to offer contemporary studio space across two floors, with new kitchen and WC facilities, decor, floor coverings, LED lighting and air conditioning throughout.

Ibis House is located within walking distance of Warrington town centre, with convenient access to both Warrington Bank Quay and Central railway stations.

There is a shuttle bus from both stations to and from Centre Park every 20 minutes.

Centre Park surrounds a privately maintained lake for the use of occupiers, providing a stunning and tranquil setting for staff downtime.

It also benefits from an on-site Village Hotel which recently received a £4.5m renovation and includes a restaurant and bar, fully equipped spa and gym and an on-site Starbucks.

Daniel Barnes, associate director in the office agency team at Savills, said: “This is an excellent transaction for Ibis House and it is testament to the quality of the refurb and the specification of office space that Maris Seafoods has chosen the property for its new premises.”
