Date set for John Lewis ‘at home’ opening

THE North WEST’S first John Lewis ‘at home’ store will open at the end of next month.
The 38,000st ft store, located at Greyhound Retail Park, Sealand Road, Chester, has created 200 jobs. It will begin trading at 9am on September 28.
The store, which includes a customer café, is the fifth branch of John Lewis’s ‘at home’ format, which focuses on furniture, homewares, furnishing accessories and electrical and home technology.
Branch manager Mark Blundell said: “Although we’re in the midst of the construction phase, our new shop is really taking shape.”
The branch will also offer a‘Click and Collect’ service, which allows customers to order products from johnlewis.com before 7pm and collect them for free at the store after 2pm.
