Worldwide Recruitment Solutions (WRS) is to open a ‘centre of excellence’ at its Altrincham headquarters as part of a major restructure following several business wins.

The multi-discipline global staffing solutions company said the new facility, which will create 15 jobs, will consist of highly-experienced staffing solution experts, whose role will be to ensure WRS is able to offer a singular service proposition that is entirely scalable according to the project needs of each individual business partnership.

WRS is currently recruiting the new role and said the successful candidates will be enrolled into the new WRS training academy, offering extensive training, mentoring and coaching to ensure a consistently high-quality level of service to all WRS external and internal stakeholders.

Chief executive Mark Brown said: “We are excited to bring a brand-new level of focus, efficiency and experience to our clients, we are lucky to have such a wealth of talented individuals and experience as part of the team at WRS.”

He added: “We believe that this restructure and investment in people will enable a continued business growth and ensure that we continue to attract and retain the best people in the business.”

WRS said its ‘centre of excellence’ is a 26-strong team, which is focused solely on the successful delivery of staffing solution projects.

The team includes specialists in all the WRS key sectors and geographies for contract and permanent personnel, as well as offering a full project consultancy solution.

The team will work closely with the recently-expanded global mobilisation team, whose expertise in international travel and workforce regulations ensure the smooth movement and onboarding of vital personnel.
