Manchester’s most exclusive penthouse now available to rent

One of the most exclusive penthouses in Manchester is now available to rent.
The 3,500 square foot three bedroom residence on the fifth floor of the former Stock Exchange building, will be available for short and long term contracts from next month.
The House will be the only residential apartment in Manchester with a five-star hotel service department attached.
The apartment is the showpiece of Ryan Giggs’s and Gary Neville’s luxury Stock Exchange Hotel.
Designed by internationally renowned design studio Autoban and situated in a prime location near to Manchester’s business and shopping districts, as well major sporting destinations, The House has its own private entrance.
The design focuses on the identity of the former Stock Exchange building, built in 1907 and Edwardian baroque in style,
The furniture has all been custom made and provides rounded, as well as sharp edge silhouettes.
The House has its own roof terrace offering views over and across the Manchester skyline and the open-plan elegant design of the living space includes a breakfast bar, two separate lounge areas, a drinks bar, and a dining room with a dining table which seats 10.
The apartment has floor to ceiling skylight windows and underfloor heating and is perfect for unwinding and relaxing or as a space to entertain, with a Bose home entertainment system and 60 inch flat screen TVs.
There is a separate kitchen area, just off the open plan living area which includes a fully kitted Siemens kitchen and appliances.
Each of the three double bedrooms has a sophisticated style, with top quality mattresses designed to give residents the ultimate night’s sleep.
Each bedroom comes with its own en-suite complete with contemporary walk-in shower and Dr Harris & Co. toiletries. The master bedroom en-suite even has a double shower. A fitness room with a treadmill, exercise bike and free weights completes the space.
Ryan Giggs said: “There is huge opportunity for growth in the serviced apartment industry in Manchester.
“The city is a global one, it is progressive and it is forward thinking. So many businesses and individuals are attracted to Manchester by investment opportunities and for business reasons, as well as for sport and leisure so the demand for a product like The House is there and it will continue to grow.
“Manchester city centre is a great place to live, work and socialise. I loved living in the centre and I am still a huge advocate of it. Our penthouse will offer residents a very high standard of living and larger living spaces and bedrooms than what is currently available on the market.”
With complimentary WiFi, a 24 hour personal concierge and house-keeping service, 24 hour valet parking, laundry, in-room dining and use of the hotel car, The House is set to be a stand out addition to Manchester’s residential offering, both on short and long term contracts.
The Stock Exchange Hotel is one of Manchester’s most eagerly anticipated openings and will be launching on 15th November.
Co-owned by Gary Neville, Ryan Giggs and hotelier Winston Zahra, the boutique property is set to open as a member of global hotel and restaurant fellowship, Relais & Châteaux and will be managed and operated by Manchester based GG Hospitality.
The hotel will offer 40 rooms, including two signature suites, as well as The House.
