Latest occupier gives a lift to M60 Office Park uptake

Elm Court at M60 Office Park

International lift company Otis has taken the final available floor in Oak Court, at M60 Office Park in North Manchester, comprising 5,800 sq ft of refurbished air conditioned office space, says Prime Property.

This brings together staff from their existing premises in Middleton and Blackburn.

Otis joins other occupiers Enersys and H&K Fire Engineers in Oak Court which is now fully let.

Occupiers within the adjoining Beach Court include BT Local Business, Amalgamated, Kingsbury Holdings and 4 Medical Clinical.

Richard Wharton, director for office agency at JLL, advised Otis on the move.

He said: “We undertook a comprehensive search of potential options throughout North Manchester and M60 Office Park was the standout location in terms of the quality of space, motorway access, security and onsite parking.

“In addition, a new amenity hub is being created to provide onsite cafe, gym, EV charging and cycle hub facilities, further enhancing the park from the perspective of Otis’s staff.”

Imran Younus, commercial director of Prime Property, added: “It has been a fantastic year for us at M60 Office Park, we have signed up five new tenants varying from start-ups to some big names.

“The letting coincides with start of construction of the new amenity hub which will open in the New Year. We have invited Paul Dennett, the City Mayor of Salford to come and formally open the facilities.”

Two suites of 2,000 sq ft remain available to let in Beach Court, while Prime has recently completed two further offices, Elm Court and Maple Court.

Both are stand alone headquarter-style buildings providing grade A office space from single floors of 7,500 sq ft to full buildings of 23,500 sq ft. Cushman & Wakefield are joint agents alongside JLL.
