Bespoke tailors on the move across city

A bespoke tailors’ shop is on the move across Liverpool city centre.

Commercial property specialist Millfield Estates has secured a five-year tenancy agreement with Tattan & Gregson at Yorkshire House in Chapel Street.

Having invested significant funds into renovating the property over the last three years, the family-run business has now welcomed Tattan & Gregson into its recently refurbished 882 sq ft ground floor office space, worth £66,500 over the course of the tenancy.

With additional stores in London and Los Angeles, the tailor is moving from the Plaza on Old Hall Street, with the new letting keeping them in the city until at least 2024.

Yorkshire House has also seen two long-term tenants, PR agency Jayne Moore Media and FMG Consultancy, sign lease renewals at the property over the past month, worth a combined £70,000 per year.

Millfield Estates has further excellent office space available on the third floor (3,283 sq ft) and fourth floor (1,583 sq ft) of Yorkshire House and is working towards securing new tenants before the end of the year.
