Data handling firm completes acquisition of Chester neighbour

Data8 has announced the acquisition of fellow Chester-based company Team Knowledge, for an undisclosed sum.

Data quality company Data8 is a provider of integrated data solutions, while Team Knowledge is the publisher of the market-leading TKDialogs software.

The acquisition strengthens Data8’s position and continues its intention to grow the business through organic expansion and acquisition.

Used extensively worldwide, inside companies and online, TKDialogs can easily convert call handling and scripting requirements into a user-friendly front end.

The No Code software allows companies to simplify complex processes, reduce training time and improve the customer journey.

Data8 managing director Antony Allen said: “We are very excited to be able to feature TKDialogs as part of our expanding portfolio.

“This software will improve the user adoption of many complex systems and CRM databases. The No Code approach used in this solution was an important factor in this acquisition as it makes the design, scripting and publishing of defined processes a simple task, that doesn’t require costly IT support and development.”
