Two Manchester digital ventures join forces in acquisition deal
Digital Media Stream, a Manchester-based digital marketing agency, has completed the acquisition of Luminate Digital, one of its competitors in the B2B digital marketing sector, for an undisclosed sum.
The acquisition of Spinningfields-based Luminate Digital combines the knowledge, expertise and resources of two award-winning digital marketing agencies in what promises to be an exciting new chapter for the digital space in Manchester.
Dave Watson, co-founder of St Peter’s Square-based Digital Media Stream, said: “2019 has marked an exciting period of sustained growth for Digital Media Stream.
“With a series of new client wins and the acquisition of Luminate Digital, we’re looking forward to finishing the year strong and adding a few additional heads to the delivery team in the new year to help us achieve our aggressive growth plans.”
Under the Digital Media Stream brand, the team will continue to provide integrated B2B digital marketing services to help ambitious companies grow from their office in WeWork, St Peter’s Square, Manchester.
Following the acquisition and new business wins, the Digital Media Stream brand will now operate as a Platinum HubSpot Agency Partner, improving their digital offering and providing greater value to customers.
Having accomplished their best quarter since the company started in 2011, Dave Watson, added: “Although it has been challenging bringing together two separate teams, we’ve taken the best bits from each organisation and are now seeing the benefits.
