Regional Property Solutions appointed to manage Altrincham office building

Altrincham-based Regional Property Solutions has been appointed by Garden Place Altrincham to manage Garden Place, a 10,000 sq ft multi-let office building at Victoria Road in the town centre.

This latest management gain follows the agents letting in this building to Brandon Consultants, a dynamic, independent creative agency who specialise in refreshing the packaging design of iconic supermarket brands both in the UK and globally.

The 2,465 sq ft office suite has been taken on a 10-year lease.
