Sale secured on prime Ellesmere Port industrial facility

Goodman has recently completed on the sale of Pioneer 210, Ellesmere Port to the Local Authorities’ Property Fund, a client fund managed by CCLA, for an undisclosed price.

The prime, cross–docked industrial distribution facility comprising 210,000 sq ft was built in 2007 and was recently fully refurbished, including a completely new warehouse floor.

Upon expiry and during the refurbishment the unit was almost immediately let to Novar ED&S – part of Honeywell International Inc – on a new 10-year lease.

Pioneer Business Park is located in a well-established business location close to the M53.

Access to the property is available via North Road from J7 and J8 of the motorway, or via Poole Hall Road.

Neighbouring occupiers at the Park include Regatta, Scania and SPL International.
