Sweet deal for Cheshire industrial and distribution park
Tritax Symmetry, the development arm of Tritax Big Box REIT (TBBR), working in a joint venture, has exchanged contracts with confectionery firm Swizzels Matlow.
The deal is for the delivery of a new 158,000 sq ft manufacturing facility at Ma6nitude in Middlewich, Cheshire.
This forms the first phase of a total development of up to 460,000 sq ft.
The new facility for Swizzels will be an expansion of the confectioner’s current manufacturing capability and involves a significant additional investment in new manufacturing plant...
