Accountancy firm to open Manchester office

Chartered accountancy firm Mitten Clarke has expanded with the opening of a new office in Manchester city centre.

The Stoke-on-Trent company has established a base in Spinningfields to support its growing portfolio of clients in Manchester and the wider North West England region.

It is the latest expansion for Mitten Clarke following the acquisition of the Moore Stephens team in Stoke-on-Trent.

The office will be headed by new appointment Lindsey Shepherd.

She brings with her more than 15 years’ experience of working with clients across the North West providing accounting, advisory and audit services to owner-managed businesses.

Lindsey is also a specialist advisor to legal practices and a member of the ICAEW Solicitors Community.

The firm was founded in 1997 and now has a team of 67 having grown year on year to offer a full range of services from general accountancy to business advice and audits.
