Bolton property now fully let after darts firm hits ‘bulls-eye’
Family-run property firm Millfield Estates has welcomed the UK’s number one Darts Superstore, Darts Corner, through its doors this month, with Bolton-based Harewood House now fully let.
Signing a lucrative 10-year lease worth £165,000 pa (£5 psf), Darts Corner will now occupy the 32,970 sq ft warehouse with ancillary two-storey offices at the property.
Committing their long-term future to the property through this lease, Darts Corner will continue to supply more than 11,500 products under one roof at Harewood House, until at least January 2030.
Specialist property consultants Lamb & Swift acted as the letting agents on this deal, on behalf of Millfield Estates.
Paul Dobson, property director for Millfield Estates, said: “To have secured a long-term commitment from Darts Corner is huge news for Millfield Estates and marks the start of a new era at Harewood House, with the industrial property now set to become a hive of activity for all things darts.
“As always, it is testament to the skills and expertise of our team that we have fully let another one of our properties, and after a flurry of lettings in early-2020, we are now gearing up for a busy and productive year right across our diverse portfolio.”
As part of Darts Corner’s move to Harewood House, former tenants Millfield Estates have now relocated their headquarters to Deakins Business Park at Edgerton, signing a respective five-year lease, which will allow them to manage their UK property portfolio from one of Bolton’s largest business parks.
