Eden Point almost full after string of new deals

Bridge Properties has secured five new lettings at Eden Point in South Manchester leaving only 3,000 sq ft remaining.

Specialist corporate finance adviser, Camlee Group, will be relocating from Brooklands Place in Sale to take 1,775 sq ft on a five-year lease, while cloud telephone system provider, NFON UK, will be moving from Cheadle Royal Business Park to occupy 1,500 sq ft on the ground floor of the building in the same wing as Camlee.

The lettings also include wealth management adviser, The John Greening Practice, which has taken 1,001 sq ft, Afin Technologies signed up to 1,496 sq ft and home technology specialist, Be Smart Home, has agreed to 556 sq ft.

This follows a refurbishment and remodelling of the common areas and 18,000 sq ft of vacant space by the owners.

The new fit-out includes a new reception area, along with the in-house Eat@Eden café and interactive meeting booths.

Additional features include high end washrooms, wet rooms, changing facilities and external break out areas.

Prominently situated on the A34, the 38,000 sq ft scheme now provides design-led accommodation over four floors and is home to a number of organisations including Entertainment Today, White Rose Sports Management, JTRS, Clear Orthodontics, Purple Patch IFA, Webquarters, Action 365 and Sports Abroad.
