Just one studio unit remaining after latest deal at Warrington site

Ibis House

Moorland Property Solutions, represented by Savills, has let office space at the refurbished Ibis House in Warrington to CD Arevon UK.

The renewable energy asset management firm has agreed a new 10-year lease on the entire ground floor, which incorporates 3,182 sq ft of space across Studios A and B, at £16.50 per sq ft.

The deal leaves just one available studio in the building, totalling 1,442 sq ft, following a substantial refurb of the building in 2019.

Situated on the established Centre Park business park in Warrington, Ibis House has been transformed to offer contemporary studio space across two floors, with new kitchen and WC facilities, decor, floor coverings, LED lighting and air conditioning throughout.

The scheme surrounds a privately-maintained lake for the use of occupiers, providing a stunning and tranquil setting for staff downtime and is located within walking distance of Warrington town centre, with convenient access to both Warrington Bank Quay and Central railway stations.

Daniel Barnes, associate director in the office agency team at Savills, said: “This is another good result for Ibis House with Arevon’s commitment to the ground floor following Maris Seafoods taking part of the first.

“In spite of the current economic uncertainties, the recent investment into Ibis House and its excellent location continues to hold appeal for occupiers and we are looking forward to releasing good news on the last remaining suite soon.”
