Global health tech organisation set for city centre relocation

Real estate consultancy firm OBI Property has announced that IntelliCentrics UK is to occupy 7,204 sq ft of workspace at 55 Spring Gardens in Manchester city centre.

The American-based global supplier of healthcare policy, safety and security will be taking space on the building’s third floor.

The team will be relocating from Orbit, Stockport, and the office will be its first in Manchester city centre.

OBI’s in-house team is project managing the works to the space on behalf of IntelliCentrics.

The property offers 55,700 sq ft of commercial space located in the central core of the city. It sits adjacent to Manchester’s iconic King Street, home to a wealth of unique retail and leisure brands.
