Liverpool architects practice Brock Carmichael has won places on the North West and North Wales frameworks for professional services approved supplier agreements with Procure Partnerships Framework.

There were 58 applicants for 15 places – 13 in North Wales – in architectural design and Brock Carmichael came third in the North West and fourth for North Wales where it has a number of ongoing projects.

Partner at Brock Carmichael, John Cassell, said: “We are delighted with this result on this popular framework which presents a procurement platform for a very broad client base, both public investment via local authorities and private investment via individual companies.”

He added: “The Government and regions are behind ‘Build Back Better’ which needs great design before construction can commence.

“Working as a team with property and construction professionals over the last 45 years we have a continuing role to play our part in accelerating regeneration and growth in the North West and Wales.

“These appointments are important to us and signify a recognition of this role.”

He said: “We have a commitment to innovation and local delivery and meeting a wide range of social, economic and environmental objectives as well as ensuring projects are delivered on time to budget and quality, safely.

“We will ensure each and every project we are involved with delivers on all considerations successfully.”

Robbie Blackhurst, framework director at Procure Partnerships, thanked Brock Carmichael for its “considerable effort in producing and submitting a tender.

“We look forward to working with Brock Carmichael over the next four years.”

He added: “We were extremely impressed with the quality of tenders received and delighted with the calibre of suppliers.

“The breadth of public sector delivery experience across our supplier partners is impressive and we are excited to work with and support them.”
