Page Group expands its marketing offering

Recruitment group Michael Page has expanded its marketing recruitment team in Manchester with a new addition, and will also now service the whole of the Northern region from the city.

Mike Thornhill has re-joined Page having previously spent three years working for the business in Dubai.

Thornhill will focus on senior appointments in the consumer sector, having spent more than six years recruiting in the sector in the UK and internationally.

Sarah Johnson, senior manager for Michael Page Marketing & Retail, said: “Mike’s decision to re-join us is great news as we continue to expand our marketing offering in the North – we’re up to seven dedicated sector specialists and will be recruiting further in the coming months and into 2021.”

PageGroup’s support and generalist staffing division, Page Personnel, has also launched a business dedicated to junior marketing positions in the region, which will be run by Gemma Foster.

Mark Lawson-Jones continues to lead Page Executive’s marketing practice for the region, focusing on appointments at the C-Suite.

Sarah Johnson said: “Our new Page Personnel team will complete our ability to offer our customers a full-market service, whether they’re appointing an entry-level marketing assistant or a board-level chief marketing officer.”
