Insurance specialist opens Northern office in first steps of expansion

A specialist motor insurance firm is opening a Manchester office.

Crystal Claims Management is a specialist accident management company dealing in the provision of replacement vehicles to the private hire and taxi industry for drivers involved in non-fault accidents.

The London head office has announced it will open a new office on Centenary Way, Trafford Park, to better meet the needs of Greater Manchester.

The office opening has created four jobs, with more to be recruited as the operation expands.

Plans to develop operations in Manchester were initiated by the market stimulus, the firm said.

The new office will be the company’s second main office, offering clients a full set of accident claims services with multilingual staff to cater for all the local communities.

The opening of the new operation is an important step towards realising the need of a specialised accident claims management company, said director, Irfan Patel.

He said the new office will be the first of many important steps for the company in 2020 relating to market conditions and how the company is responding to them.

Mr Patel said: “The new office facilities will be equipped with the latest vehicles.

“We are pleased to offer our clients in the Greater Manchester area with a large collection of vehicles and provide them with immediate replacement vehicle and look after all aspects of their claim.”

Crystal Claims Management was founded by two entrepreneur brothers in 2007, who said they have now taken their first step in becoming a national company.
