Planning application is a Triumph for Merseyside development
Plans for a 138,000 sq ft industrial development at Speke's Triumph Business Park have been approved.
The Park was acquired by InfraRed Capital Partners in 2019 for £30m and work will now start next month of the £15m speculative scheme. Triumph Business Park site is a major storage, distribution and commercial hub and this development will take its total footprint up to nearly 1m sq ft.
