Acquisition continues growth at regional legal practice
Lancashire and Greater Manchester law firm, Woodcocks Haworth and Nuttall Solicitors has strengthened its presence in Accrington with the acquisition of Rosthorns Solicitors, for an undisclosed sum.
The move will see Rosthorns’ founder and senior partner David Rosthorn and his practice relocate from its Peel Street office to WHN Solicitors’ Accrington base on Cannon Street.
David set up Rosthorns in 1986 and has since built up a client base of individuals and families across the region. He specialises in conveyancing, wills and probate. David will join WHN’s conveyancing team as a solicitor.

WHN Solicitors has offices in Accrington, Bacup, Blackburn, Bury, Clitheroe, Great Harwood, Haslingden and Rawtenstall. It employs 100 staff and provides an extensive range of legal services to individuals, families and businesses across all its offices.
