One Didsbury Point puts up the ‘house full’ signs

One Didsbury Point

Acting on behalf of Cervidae, Canning O’Neill and CBRE have successfully secured the final deal at One Didsbury Point to Amoria Bond.

The international recruitment consultancy has relocated from Towers Business Park where it occupied 4,500 sq ft to take 5,038 sq ft on a 10-year lease.

Amoria Bond will join existing occupiers Bouygues UK, IBI Group, Carrier Travel, Sapphire Systems, and Optegra.

London-based real estate investment company Cervidae acquired the 54,000 sq ft One Didsbury Point office scheme for £11m from Titanium Real Estate in May 2018.

John Nash, director at Canning O’Neill, said: “Following our appointment on Didsbury Point late last year, it is particularly satisfying to have managed to let the space in such a short amount of time, particularly considering the market as a whole over the last nine months.

“Amoria Bond is a perfect fit for the building and I wish them all the very best of success in their new office.”

Sanjeev Chopra, group finance director at Amoria Bond, said: “Didsbury Point is a modern, fresh and comfortable office space, in a desirable location that’s the ideal new base for our global headquarters from which to fulfil our purpose of progressing lives everywhere.

“It provides a fantastic working environment for our teams to develop their specialist skills and expertise and deliver the very best services to our clients and candidates.

“With excellent retail, leisure and transport links nearby, its location in West Didsbury is convenient and fun for both our current and future employees”

Amoria Bond was unrepresented.

Quoting rental is £19 per sq ft.
