Manchester ecommerce marketing consultancy PushON has opened its first office outside the North West, choosing to set up in Edinburgh, Scotland.

The consultancy, which was founded in 2005, will have its second office based on Commercial Street in Leith.

The office will be run by head of marketing, Alex Hogan, and has already won its first Edinburgh-based client, SMART PA

Business strategy director, Simon Wharton, said: “It has always been our plan to expand our presence nationally and we were looking at next year, but lockdown has demonstrated that businesses aren’t location reliant.

“We see Scotland as a great opportunity for ecommerce and marketing growth and marks the next stage for the business.”

Alex Hogan said: “I’m excited about the opportunity in opening up here and to help win and develop ecommerce solutions for Scottish clients on the ground.

“With SMART PA we are delivering a campaign covering SEO, content marketing and conversion rate optimisation and have, so far, seen transactional revenue soar by 300%.

“This campaign will provide a great platform to show Scottish companies how we can help them achieve their business objectives.”
