“We saw the dip in business last March as an opportunity, so rather than furloughing consultants that were no longer needed on projects, we utilised their skills, knowledge and experience to help develop new product solutions and identify ways we could adapt our offering to meet the challenges our customers were facing.

“This resulted in welcoming a lot of new companies on board, along with offering really innovative solutions that are impressing our existing customers day in day out.”

He said that, by investing in its existing talent, alongside bringing in new skillsets and experience, the business is in a fantastic position to continue to adapt to customers ever-changing needs.

The company has been delivering successful projects for more than 25 years for global brands across a diverse range of industries including manufacturing, automotive, food and beverage and pharmaceutical.
