Legal marketing agency more than doubles turnover during 2020

A Manchester-based legal lead generation specialist has more than doubled its turnover, hitting £10m last year from £4.5m in 2019.

The mmadigital group – which is on track to grow revenues by a further £5m in 2021 – is forecast to achieve a £30m turnover by 2025 acting for law firms across the UK as they seek to grow their pipeline of new enquiries.

Brands within the group include The Compensation Experts, which supports victims of personal injury, The Medical Negligence Experts, which handles clinical negligence claims, and The Inheritance Experts, which specialises in contested probate and inheritance act claims.

They have quickly gained market share following significant investment in technology and infrastructure to enable staff to capture more enquiries before passing leads to the agency’s in-house contact centre team for qualification and distribution to its growing panel of UK law firms.

The Compensation Experts and The Medical Negligence Experts have also been subject to a £100,000 brand refresh and have new websites designed to improve user experience and simplify the claims process.
