Security company takes five-year lease to keep pace with growth

St Georges Square

Security company Leisure Guard has signed up to take approximately half of the recently refurbished Croft House at St Georges Square, Bolton.

The deal totals 4,000 sq ft on a five-year lease.

Owned by an overseas family trust, St Georges Square comprises 10 office buildings totalling 37,000 sq ft situated within Bolton town centre.

Leisure Guard has moved from its previous office on Mayor Street to accommodate the growing business.

Managing director, Saj Kadva, said: “We found it a pleasure working with Thwaites Real Estate who made the handover of the building smooth and efficient.

“Every person involved with the renovation and new fit out of the building have been magnificent, getting us into the building quickly and causing little disruption to our day-to-day workings.”

David Thwaites, of Thwaites Real Estate, who are asset managers for the scheme, said: “The arrival of Leisure Guard following on from the letting to Cleartech in October is testament once again to the appeal of St Georges Square as a destination for local occupiers seeking high quality offices in a secure working environment.

“With occupancy levels now at 80% we are proceeding with the refurbishment of the remaining voids within the estate and look forward to announcing further arrivals shortly.”

Lamb and Swift are joint letting agents along with Thwaites Real Estate for the scheme.
