Serviced office provider announces third Manchester location in Arkwright House

Arkwright House

Serviced Office provider Orega has secured a further 30,000 sq ft of grade A stock in the heart of Manchester business district.

Situated in the historic Arkwright House, Parsonage Green – one of the few green spaces in the city – the opening marks Orega’s third location in Manchester alongside King Street and Piccadilly.

Manchester’s serviced office market continues to grow and is expected to thrive amid the post-COVID recovery.

This launch marks Orega’s third new opening during the pandemic, all supported by Roys Withy King.

Launching in June 2021, on the fourth and fifth floors, the centre provides more than 500 workstations, offering agile solutions in private suites, touch down spaces and state-of-the-art meeting facilities delivered by a customer-focused team.

The space will have a luxurious feel for customers to create ‘Space to be You.’

Lynsey O’Keefe, Orega chief operating officer, said: “This starts an exciting new partnership for Orega.

“The history of the building and a design-led build bring something extra special to the flexible workspace market in Manchester.

“We worked closely with the Colliers flexible workspace team. We look forward to welcoming new customers to Arkwright House and the Orega family in June.”

Paddy Kennedy, senior flexible workspace consultant for Colliers, said: “After a detailed and exhaustive selection process, we are pleased to announce Orega as the new flexible workspace operator at Arkwright House.

CGI of planned fourth floor space

“Orega is the perfect partner for Arkwright House, and we are confident that the premium quality space on offer will be well received by Manchester’s growing flex occupier market.”

Orega has 19 business centres throughout the UK.
