Trio of Lettings at prominent city centre location

St Nicholas House

Matthews & Goodman’s national business space team has completed a trio of lettings at St Nicholas House, in Liverpool city centre’s Chapel Street.

The team acted on behalf of long standing client Millbank Properties to secure three new tenants: Canter Levin & Berg Solicitors (4,480 sq ft), Liverpool BID (2,824 sq ft) and Accountable Recruitment (1,753 sq ft).

There are now only two suites remaining at the property, which is prominently situated at the heart of Liverpool’s commercial core with stunning views overlooking St Nicholas churchyard, the Royal Liver Building and River Mersey.

Matthews & Goodman’s property management team is retained on the ongoing management of St Nicholas House, which will undergo extensive refurbishment this year to include a new reception and upgraded common areas, plus new exterior branding.

Lynn Haime, partner at Matthews & Goodman, said: “It’s testimony to the quality of the building and great location that we were able to convert this level of interest during lockdown.

“Everyone involved worked hard to get the lettings over the line and the fit-outs completed, allowing the businesses to be fully operational as quickly and safely as possible.”

Worthington Owen acted on behalf of Canter Levin & Berg, Keppie Massie acted on behalf of Liverpool BID Company, and Accountable Recruitment represented themselves.
