Trafford Park sheds marketed in ‘once in a Blue Moon’ sale

Pin Properties has instructed Manchester-based independent industrial property consultancy, Davies Harrison, as sole agents to market two refurbished warehouses totalling 189,296 sq ft of in the heart of Trafford Park.

Previoulsy used as cold store, Pin Properties has fully regenerated these Trafford Park landmark buildings.

Situated on Mosley Road, the neighbouring buildings comprise a 123,402 sq ft three storey warehouse and a 65,894 sq ft single bay warehouse.

The vendor is seeking offers in excess of £5m and £4m, respectively.
