The scheme is also focused on wellbeing and personal development and includes a state-of-the-art gym with free PT led inductions, a picture house, café/shop, managed laundry, library, come-dine with me kitchens and all-inclusive bills.

Dave Seed, managing director at Qube Residential, said: “This is a fantastic appointment for Qube that we’re really excited about, especially given the continued innovation happening within the student accommodation sector.

“Five or ten years ago, student ‘halls’ had nowhere near the level of amenity or forward-thinking teams behind them that they do now, so it’s great to be helping to drive forward that progress.

“We’re excited to bring our hands-on, client-first customer service style to true Liverpool and have no doubt that the development will create waves in the city. Liverpool is our home and we couldn’t be prouder to be continuing to grow the business there.”

Qube and True Student share a pre-existing relationship, with the student developer having appointed the agent previously on its true Salford scheme.

Ben Morley, managing director at True Student, said: “We are delighted to be partnering closely with Qube on this fantastic innovative scheme which serves to provide compelling choice, opportunity & investment for our guests, teams and partners in one of the very best student cities in the UK.”
