Investor launches Northspring portfolio of private offices

London-based investor Investream is bringing four new high-spec office buildings, in prime locations, to the Manchester and Leeds market.

Investream has experience of delivering well established, premium office space.

The first property in the portfolio, 70 Spring Gardens, Manchester city centre, completed in 2019.

This experienced team is now re-modelling Chapel Walks, in Manchester, and Wellington Street (Leeds), both of which join Spring Gardens and Park Row (Leeds) as part of the newly-created Northspring family of premium private offices.

The Northspring portfolio consists of Spring Gardens, formerly Origin, and Chapel Walks in Manchester, Wellington Street and Park Row in Leeds, with more anticipated in key cities across the UK.

Occupiers in any of the buildings will be able to access the amenities in other properties.
