Acting on behalf of The Duchy of Lancaster, commercial property agents Legat Owen have agreed leases with four new tenants at Crewe Hall Farm.

Premium communications provider, Cymphony, has relocated from Macon Court in Crewe, doubling the size of its previous occupation to take 6,525 sq ft on a 10-year lease, allowing room to increase the current headcount threefold within the next four years.

The new premises at Crewe Hall Farm will give the company scope to achieve its expansion plans to provide a world class inbound and outbound customer experience for businesses, while creating an environment where its staff can develop and grow.

The office includes a state-of-the-art learning and development centre with audio visual facilities for both face-to-face and remote learning, as well as a luxury breakout room.

In a series of new agreements brokered by Legat Owen, Total Sports Medicine has signed up to The Forge (2,723 sq ft), Hi Spec System move into The Hayloft (2,396 sq ft) and ERMEWA has taken office four at The Dairy (1,100 sq ft).

They join existing occupiers including Red Eye International and TVCC. These latest deals mean that there is now only 300 sq ft available at Crewe Hall Farm, which is about to go under offer.

Located in landscaped grounds and owned by the Duchy of Lancaster, Crewe Hall Farm has been sensitively redeveloped to offer 27,000 sq ft of contemporary, high quality accommodation in suites ranging from 300 to 6,500 sq ft.

Marcel Desmilly, asset manager for the Duchy of Lancaster, said: “We are very pleased to see such strong levels of interest in Crewe Hall Farm as a key business destination in South Cheshire.

“The business community here is made up from a wide range of sectors, but all have a common goal which is to create a flexible, semi-rural working environment where their people can thrive and grow.”

Tim Morris, managing director of Cymphony, said: “We are very excited to have moved – it’s a great building in a fantastic setting and will provide the up-scale we need to work better as a team and collaborate with our clients.

“The relocation reflects the growth we have undergone since the company was founded in 2014, allowing us to demonstrate exactly what we can offer as an employer to recruit and retain the best people from Crewe, Cheshire and the rest of the UK.”

Andy Butler, director at Legat Owen, said: “The South Cheshire office market is continuing to show a great deal of resilience, with many businesses wanting to tap into the local, skilled labour pool. We have strong interest in any remaining office space in South Cheshire and we’re now in urgent need of new office development for future demand.”
