TXM Group expands with new energy division in Cheshire

Recruiter TXM Group, the privately-owned £220m turnover business, has launched a specialist energy division in the North West.

Headed up by former NES Fircroft director Stephen Martin and project and business change expert Mark Graham, TXM’s energy division will work with clients in the renewable and energy markets.

TXM’s energy division officially opens its doors with a six-strong team operating out of new offices in Wilmslow, Cheshire.

The resourcing side of the business will be led by Stephen Martin, former international sales director at NES Fircroft. who joins TXM following a diverse 20-year career which has taken him from recruiter to director across a range of regions and industries.

Stephen leads a team of energy sector recruitment professionals with a combined 60 plus years’ experience.

They will support businesses with their domestic and international talent requirements, with a focus on the renewable energy sector and including the power and nuclear, oil and gas, and chemicals markets.

Mark Graham also joins TXM to run the new energy-focused project management team, bringing more than 35 years’ experience in senior corporate, functional and project level positions in major international oil companies and contractor organisations.
