Manchester agency Social expands with property offering

Social has launched a dedicated property arm to support housing associations and private developers across a national footprint.

The Manchester headquartered integrated communications agency said the new service will help property firms to attract buyers and amplify brands in the marketplace.

Social’s new service will bring together colleagues from across creative, marketing and PR teams to develop effective lead generation strategies and implement targeted campaigns that convert into property sales.

It said the Covid-19 pandemic has triggered a number of changes in the type of property people want.

From homes with more space and outdoor areas, to more flexible or separate areas to accommodate work and home-schooling.

Tony Whittingham, associate director and head of property sales, said: “New build homes have become increasingly popular for first-time buyers and buy-to-let investors and with the changes in what people now want from their homes, there are plenty of opportunities for private developers and housing associations to meet this demand.

“Our market knowledge and proven track-record of helping developers raise awareness, nurture customers and convert completions makes this the perfect time to establish a dedicated service for this market.”

Diana MacCarthy, managing director of Social Manchester, added: “Our extensive experience in the built environment makes property sales a natural evolution of our agency’s Social Place offer, as we support the development of new home builds that are creating new communities around the country.”
