Canada Goose to open second UK shop in Manchester
Luxury lifestyle brand Canada Goose has announced the opening of its second UK store.
The brand will open a pop-up store in Manchester, taking over the former 2,000 sq ft UGG unit on New Cathedral Street between the Polo Ralph Lauren and Burberry stores.
The pop-up store, which the brand says will be “first of its kind to launch in Europe” will open in autumn up until spring 2022.
It also has a 5,000 sq ft flagship store in London’s Regent Street.
The down-jacket cult brand has seen tremendous post-pandemic performance, particularly driven by online sales.
The Manchester pop-up will be pay homage to nature featuring a mix of leafy foliage throughout as reference to the Canadian wilderness to “create a sensory experience for guests through sight, sound, touch and scent.”
It will also sell a broad range of clothing for all seasons including parkas, rainwear, windwear, lightweight down, premium knitwear and accessories for men, women and children.
