10-year lease over two floors agreed at Birchwood location

Orbit, represented by Savills, has agreed a new lease at 3 The Square in Birchwood, Warrington to powered access specialist Nationwide Platforms.

The firm, which specialises in plant and machinery hire, has secured a new 10-year lease for the 4,540 sq ft office space across the building’s first and second floors.

Strategically located within Birchwood, a thriving business community in the North West, The Square provides newly refurbished office accommodation with exposed services set around a central core.

The scheme benefits from its close proximity to a range of local facilities including Birchwood train station, a modern leisure centre, the large shopping centre and Birchwood Forest Park.

Daniel Barnes, associate director in the office agency team at Savills Manchester, said: “The office market in Warrington continues to grow and we have had good levels of enquiries for space along the long established business location of Birchwood Boulevard.

“The Square provides high quality office accommodation and we are currently in discussions on the remaining space on The Square.”
