Appointments: Braemar adds a director; Just Search founder gets new MD role
BRAEMAR Estates, the property asset management arm of Braemar Group, has promoted Ian Chatburn to associate director.
Mr Chatburn, who joined Braemar in 2007, has been responsible for building the lettings division of Braemar Estates, which now includes more than 300 properties under management with an annual rent roll of £2m.
Neil Roberts, managing director of Braemar Estates,said: “I am delighted to be able to announce Ian’s promotion to Associate Director. He has been instrumental in growing our Lettings division as well as bringing in new business opportunities for other parts of Braemar Estates.”
Mr Chatburn added: “I am looking forward to further increasing our current portfolio and raising the profile of the Lettings department of Braemar Estates. I am extremely pleased to be part of such a dynamic and growing business.”

EUROPEAN internet marketing agency Getupdated has appointed Paul Yates as managing director. He is already a board member and heads the Cheshire-based UK subsidiary Just Search, which he founded in 2003.
He replaces Oscar Werner who has held the position of acting managing director since September. He will now return to his regular position as head of operations in Sweden.
“Paul is an exceptionally talented entrepreneur with great vision. Since selling Just Search to Getupdated little over a year ago, he has proven that he is capable of strong strategic direction,” said chairman Åke Eriksson.
