Grade A office space Hyphen adds three more tenants on 10 and five-year leases

Three new tenants have been announced for Hyphen, a new Grade A office scheme in Manchester city centre.

Boultbee Brooks, represented jointly by Savills and OBI, has secured WEX Europe Services, QBE and InTouch Technology, who have all taken space in the recently refurbished office block on Mosley Street.

WEX, one of Europe’s largest providers of fuel cards, has agreed a new 10-year lease for 7,124 sq ft of office space on the building’s top floor.

Global insurance company QBE has signed for a 10-year lease on 3,381 sq ft on the fifth floor, and InTouch Technology has signed a five year lease for 4,521 sq ft on the fourth floor.

Hyphen offers prime business space, from starter studios to large workspaces, suitable for a diverse mix of occupiers, and also features 200 Degrees – a premium coffee shop on the ground floor.

The property also houses lifestyle gym V1BE as well as inspiring communal and events spaces and is in close proximity to a number of bars, restaurants and cafes within Manchester city centre.
