Intellectual property firm makes Manchester move

One of Europe’s leading intellectual property firms has taken up office space in Manchester.

Lothbury Investment Management, represented jointly by Savills and Colliers, has let office space at 4 Hardman Street to HGF.

The firm has taken 3,754 sq ft of workspace on part of the building’s sixth floor on a five year lease.

Located in the heart of Manchester’s Spinningfields district, 4 Hardman Street provides prime Grade A office space across 10 storeys.

Daniel Barnes, director in the office agency team at Savills, said: “Following the refurbishment of 4 Hardman Street a number of occupiers are now seriously focusing on the scheme given the quality of space and its position at the core of a thriving business district. It is great to welcome another esteemed professional services firm to the building and to further strengthen the tenant mix of the scheme and we look forward to being able to announce further occupiers soon.”

Gerald Eve represented HGF.
