Acquisitive hotel and wedding venue operator announces partnership with law firm

James’ Places, a luxury, boutique hotel and wedding venue operator headquartered in Clitheroe, has announced Shoosmiths as its main legal partner.

Shoosmiths acted on the group’s recent multimillion-pound re-financing package with Barclays which was announced last week.

It is now working on an acquisition target to support the group’s expansion plan.

Bowland Inns & Hotels Limited, t/a James’ Places, owns and operates a collection of venues in the Ribble Valley, Lune Valley and the Yorkshire Dales, boasting a portfolio of eight sites with an ambitious expansion and acquisition strategy.
