Milestone reached at 760,000 sq ft logistics park
A 42-acre industrial scheme in Ellesmere Port has hit a new milestone as the structural steelwork begins to take shape across the site.
Firethorn Trust’s landmark Link Logistics Park will encompass more than 760,000 sq ft of industrial space, including a single 654,225 sq ft unit and is set to house the biggest single cross-docked warehouse being developed in the North West this year.
Work is well underway at the scheme, which is being delivered by Winvic Construction, and is on track for completion in Q4 2022.

Link Logistics Park will target a BREEAM ‘Excellent’ rating, with features including 15% rooflight coverage, Photovoltaic arrays and 32 electric vehicle charging points.
Scheme’s letting agents include CBRE, B8 and Moriarty & Co.
