Manchester law firm boosts its London offer with acquisition
A Manchester law firm has announced plans to acquire London-based OGR Stock Denton, for an undisclosed sum.
BBS Law Solicitors has a London office, which opened in the City in May, 2020, as well as its Manchester base.
OGR Stock Denton, located in North West London, advises businesses and high net worth individuals and has particular expertise in private client and trust work in addition to commercial and residential property, employment law, family law and litigation.
BBS Law said the acquisition represents an excellent opportunity to further expand its services. Managing partner, Dov Black, said: “In a market place where there has been a significant reduction in boutique firms providing high quality commercial services, we are really excited by this expansion with the addition of a similar sized firm operating in the same market place.

The deal is expected to be completed on October 1, and the new firm, which will be continue to be known as BBS Law (incorporating OGR Stock Denton), will have around 60 lawyers working out of the offices in Manchester, the City and Finchley.
