Developer to deliver 54-acre logistics and manufacturing park

Proposed development site

Plans for a major logistics and manufacturing park near Preston have been launched by Trebor Developments.

The Midlands-based firm is overseeing the development of the park covering 54 acres next to junction 31A of the M6 motorway.

It will provide a range of Industrial units on a build-to-suit or speculative basis ranging from 33,000 sq ft to more than 800,000 sq ft, with first units anticipated to be delivered for occupation in 2025.

Bob Tattrie, managing partner of Bromsgrove-based Trebor, said: “There is a significant lack of prime land supply in the North West region of the UK for Industrial accommodation and we are delighted to bring forward this major development which can meet the requirements of a wide range of occupiers, providing units from 33,000 sq ft to a single occupier unit in excess of 800,000 sq ft.

“We expect strong interest given the prime location of the site and the lack of availability of such accommodation within the North West.”

Trebor is developing the site with Hillwood and is represented by Jones Lang LaSalle and Avison Young, Manchester offices.

The company specialises in speculative and built-to-suit projects.
