Wealth at Work, the Liverpool-based specialist provider of workplace financial education, guidance and regulated financial advice, has relocated its HQ in what it says is the biggest letting in the city’s commercial district since 2019.

The business has moved the short distance from its former HQ in Temple Square, Temple Street, to 5 St Paul’s Square.

It has taken 20,423 sq ft of office space to house its 150 staff, with the capacity to double the headcount.

The space includes new state-of-the-art equipment to continue the group’s developing digital services.

The deal was secured by Forma Real Estate.

Wealth at Work CEO, David Cassidy, said: “We have increasing demand from large companies requiring a one-stop-shop for financial wellness solutions including digital communications, financial education with guidance, together with regulated advice and investment management.

“Our momentum is such that we are one of the fastest growing companies in our sector and our new premises will allow us to expand in tandem with our demand, as well as continue to develop our unique technology to the benefit of our clients.”

He added: “Our new Liverpool office provides an excellent modern ‘Fintech’ working environment which will allow our staff to continue to provide first class delivery for all our clients, which in turn will bring growth and prosperity to the city as demand for our services continues to increase.”

Earlier this month the business announced the takeover of Employee Financial Wellness, one of Ireland’s leading providers of financial wellness programmes for employees, for an undisclosed sum.

The acquisition is part of Wealth at Work’s expansion into Ireland.

Both companies have already worked together on delivering financial wellbeing and retirement programmes in the UK and Ireland for clients such as Northern Trust and Sisk.
